Payment method and pricing

• I accept payments via PayPal or Payoneer, with all prices listed in USD.

• Work will commence only after payment is received.

• An extra fee may apply for characters with complex designs or any additional edits.

• Please note that work will not begin until payment has been confirmed.

How to order 

​

• To ensure a smooth process, please provide clear and complete details in the job description, including characteristics, poses, gestures, and expressions.

• Including reference images is highly recommended.

• Kindly refrain from sending references after work has started.

• Ensure all your references and details are gathered filling out the  Commission Form

 

Steps of Work

​

• Once your sketch is complete, I will send it for your review.

• If any corrections are needed, please let me know this stage.

• Any major changes requiring a new sketch will incur an extra fee. You can request adjustments up to two times at two different points; after that, a fee of $5 will apply per adjustment.

• Adjustments are limited to sketches and line art; no major revisions will be made post-painting.

• After completing your order, minor detail changes can be made; however, I will not alter poses, clothing, or expressions.

• Additional adjustments will also incur a $5 fee after the second request.

• All final files will be sent to you via email.

About Commercial Use
 

•  1x price: non-commercial use (non-profitable).

•  2x price: for monetized platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Discord, please credit me. This pricing is suitable for small businesses.

• 3x price: for larger businesses or high-selling.

     Please inform me before making a payment regarding commercial use. Any misuse of work for purposes will result in a fine of ten times the item's price. 

​

 

      Note: A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from refund if you choose to cancel your order, after deducting the PayPal fee.
